Once the project has started, refunds will not be applicable. This applies to all custom services, including but not limited to:

A project is considered to have started once:
The project agreement is signed.
Any initial payments or deposits have been received.
Work has begun on the project (including but not limited to planning, design, or coding).
If you choose to cancel a project before the work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
